## Store Policies

### Returns
- Returns accepted for unworn, full-priced items with all tags attached
- Return authorization must be requested within 14 days of the original order date
- All sale items, site-wide promotions, and discount codes greater than 15% are final sale
- Customized and personalized items are final sale
- $10 return shipping label fee deducted from refund
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Returns received 30–90 days after purchase are refunded at 50% minus the $10 label fee
- Returns received after 90 days are ineligible for refund
- In-store purchases must be returned in-store and are not eligible for online return processing
- All original packaging required for footwear and accessory returns

### Order Cancellations
- $10 restocking fee to cancel an order before it ships
- $25 fee for packages returned as undeliverable
- Additional $25 fee if original order qualified for free shipping

### Shipping
- Ground shipping (2–7 business days): FREE on orders $1,000 or more, signature required
- Ground shipping (2–7 business days): $15 on orders under $1,000
- Overnight Saver (1–2 business days): $50
- Orders ship Monday–Friday, excluding holidays
- Processing time: same day to 48 hours after order is received
- No shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, US territories, or international addresses
